Multiple Image Block

The Multiple Image Block inside Send Message allows you to send several images at once in a gallery-style format. Instead of sending images one by one, this block sends multiple images together in a single sequence.

This is useful for sharing product catalogs, before-and-after results, event highlights, or visual collections.

How to Use the Multiple Image Block #

1. Open your Chat Flow in the bot builder.
2. Set the Trigger or Keyword.
3. Click Add Node.
4. Select Send Message → Multiple Images.

Add Images #

You can add images in two ways:

Static Images

• Upload images directly from your system.
• Click Upload Image → Start Upload.
• Add a caption for each image if required.

Dynamic Images

• Select a Dynamic Image Experience.
• Map the Data Array, Image Link Key, and Image Caption Key.

You can add multiple images and remove any image if it is not required.

1. Click Save Message.

Once the trigger is activated, the chatbot will send all selected images together in the chat.
