- Click on the Data Store Manager.
- Click on Search Records with a Filter.
- Select the database connection and data store (e.g., Customer Visit).
- Add conditions for the search (e.g., Customer ID equals a specific value).
- Specify the sort order (ascending or descending) and limit the number of results.
- Run and save the search.
- The results will be displayed in the run history.
- To use a variable value as the search condition, change the condition to the variable value and save the search.
