Step 1: Create Connection #
- Go to Lead Source
- Select Call History Connect
- Click Create Connection
- Enter connection name
- Click Create Connection
Step 2: Get Webhook & QR Code #
- Open the created connection
- Go to Configuration
- Copy Webhook URL (if required)
- Note the QR Code
Step 3: Install Mobile App #
- Go to Documentation
- Download the Mobile App using provided link
- Install the app on your device
- Allow required permissions (Call logs, Phone access, etc.)
Step 4: Connect Mobile App #
- Open the mobile app
- Click Add Connection
- Select Call History Connect
- Scan the QR Code from panel
Step 5: Sync Call History #
- Once connected, new calls will sync automatically
- (Optional) Use Sync Call History to import past calls
Step 6: Optional Settings #
- Add Webhook URL for external integrations
Step 7: Monitor Logs #
- Go to Logs Section
- Check call details (caller info, type, status, sync time)
- Integration is ready and syncing call data as leads
