- Go to Automation Builder and search for India Mart.
- Select “New Lead” and click on “Create New Authentication.”
- Enter a label, API key from your India Mart account.
- Click on “Add New Authentication” and select the authentication from the dropdown.
- Enter a webhook title and select a start date.
- Click on “Generate Webhook” and copy the webhook URL.
- Add a CRM block and select “Send Template Message.”
- Choose your channel, select a template, and map the WhatsApp number using the “Parse Number” function.
- Map all the body variables and click on “Save.”
