Support Ticket Panel Setup #
Step 1: Open Support Ticket
- Go to Workspace → Support Ticket
Step 2: Access New Support Panel
- Click Go to Support Panel
Step 3: Configure Password
- Set and confirm your password
- Click Set Password
Step 4: Open Dashboard
- Access the new Support Ticket Dashboard
How to Create a Support Ticket #
Step 1: Open Create Ticket
- Go to All Tickets
- Click Create Ticket
Step 2: Fill Ticket Details
- Select category and priority
- Enter subject and message
- Add attachments if needed
Step 3: Create Ticket
- Click Create Ticket to submit your request
