- In Shopify, go to Settings > Notifications, and create a webhook with the event set to “order fulfillment.“
- Paste the webhook URL you copied earlier and select the appropriate webhook API version.
- In the automation builder, capture the incoming webhook data and save it.
- To send a notification on WhatsApp, add a CRM block and select “Send Template Message.”
- Choose the template to send, including variables for order ID and company name.
- Select the WhatsApp number from the body variables.
- Run and save the automation; a notification will be received on the selected phone number.
