- In shopify,Go to Settings > Apps and Sales Channels > Develop Apps > Create App.
- Enter the app name, configure admin API Scopes by searching for ABA under orders, selecting read orders, and saving.
- Install the app, reveal the token, and go to Automation Builder.
- Add a trigger by searching for Shopify > Shopify Abandoned Cart .
- Authenticate by providing a label, Shopify domain, and access token.
- Generate a webhook, save the sample data, and attach a template.
- Create a template with a message and checkout URL.
- Add a CRM Send Template Message block, select the channel, template, and WhatsApp number from the shipping address.
- Use the parse function to format the phone number and select the checkout URL from the abandoned checkout URL.
- Save the workflow and enable it.
