This feature allows you to define when you are available for bookings in an event.
Steps to Configure Availability #
- Go to Schedule.
- Select the Event and click the Edit icon.
- Set your Working Days (for example, disable Saturday and Sunday if you are not working).
- Define your Working Hours (e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
You can also add multiple time slots to exclude breaks. Example:
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Date Overrides #
You can set date overrides if your availability is different on a specific day. For example:
- Mark a particular date as unavailable, or
- Set custom hours for that date.
Final Step #
Select the correct Time Zone and click Save Schedule.
This ensures that bookings are accepted only during your defined working hours.
