Lock or Unlock Botflow and Automations?

Lock a Bot Flow #

1. Go to your Bot Flow / Workflow section
2. In the Actions column, click the three dots (⋮)
3. Select Lock Workflow
4. Enter any Email ID (it does not need to be linked to the account)
5. Click to receive OTP
6. Open the email inbox and copy the OTP
7. Paste the OTP and click Verify OTP

The flow is now successfully locked.

Unlock a Bot Flow #

1. Click on Unlock Bot Flow
2. Enter the same Email ID
3. Receive the OTP
4. Paste the OTP and click Verify OTP

️ Note: The OTP is valid for 5 minutes only.

Once verified, the flow will be unlocked and accessible again.
