To request an increase in your phone number limit for your WhatsApp Business account
- Visit business.facebook.com/support.
- Click on the “Ask a Question” tab.
- Select “Dev Account and VABA” as the topic.
- Choose “Increase Phone Number Limit” as the request type.
- Select your WhatsApp Business account.
- Select the phone number and allow Meta to share the permission to third parties.
- Provide a reason or title and a detailed description of your request (e.g., having a dedicated number for each team member).
- The most easily permissible limit is 20 phone numbers. Requests above this may not be easily approved.
- Click on “Confirm”.
Meta should respond to your support ticket within a few working days.
