This guide explains how to add rows with structured response handling using the Add Row (Modified Response) block.
Step 1: Add Block #
- Go to Automation → Add App
- Search for Google Sheets
- Select Add Row (Modified Response)
Step 2: Configure Settings #
- Select authentication
- Choose the spreadsheet
- Select the sub-sheet
Step 3: Map Fields #
- Map the required data to columns:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Complaint Number
- Status
- Additional fields (e.g., Notes)
Step 4: Run & Save #
- Click Run & Save to add the row
- Save the workflow
