Prerequisite #
- Ensure your WhatsApp Native Flow (Mini App) is published
- Published flows cannot be edited (new changes require a new flow)
Steps #
- Go to Template Manager → Create Template
- Enter Template Name, Language & Category
- Add Header (optional), Body & Variables
- Provide sample content
- Click on Add Button → WhatsApp Native Form
- Select the published flow
- Enter button text (e.g., Open Form / Register)
- Choose the landing screen
- Click Save & Apply
