- Go to Channels → Template Manager and click Create Template.
- Enter the template name, select the language, and choose Category = Authentication.
- Authentication templates have only one format (no template types).
- Add security recommendation if required (optional).
- Set the code expiration time (for example: 10 minutes).
- (Optional) Add buttons if needed.
- Make sure the message is only for verification like OTP, login code, or account verification — no promotional content allowed.
- Click Save & Apply / Submit Template for approval.
