Webhook Lead Source Integration

Step 1: Create Connection #

1. Go to Lead Source
2. Select Webhook
3. Click Create Connection
4. Enter connection name
5. Select connection type (e.g., Zoho)
6. Click Create Webhook

Step 2: Copy Webhook URL #

1. Open the created connection
2. Copy the Webhook URL

Step 3: Configure External Platform #

1. Go to your external platform (e.g., Zoho)
2. Open its Webhook / Lead Settings
3. Paste the copied Webhook URL
4. Save configuration

Step 4: Test Integration #

1. Create a test lead in external platform
2. Ensure data is sent to webhook

Step 5: Verify Data #

1. Go to Installed Page
2. Open Logs Section
3. Check incoming request, payload, and status
