How To Add Chat Notes In Live Chat?

1) Go to Unified Team Inbox

2)Select the Desired Chat

3)Click on Chat Note(highlight)

4. Start typing the note #

5. Click on send(highlight) #

6.Click on highlight

To check the Chat note.

7. Click on Chat Notes

8. Select the particular Chat note. #

You can find your Chat note.
